I went today for a Christmas meal with our card making group run by Pauline Leatherland .the best 3 d crafter I have ever seen.

 One of the ladies Hilary, made me this lovely telephone book  the pages are made of  embossed card with sheets of white paper in between.

 I made it into a easel cardand a butterfly card  at a workshop last week ...loved doing them both..

 Some of my face book friend know that I have been suffering from a very painful trapped nerve, the last 5 weeks .
It is getting better ,But still having not much sleep at night, The good side about it is I have been crafting sometimes at 4 in the morning ,and managed to finish all my Christmas cards early.. LOL and that's a first for me ,I am normally on the last push ,rushing to get them in the post on time. here are some of the cards.x

I managed it make this 3 heart easel card , from a cutting file I bought from Crafts u Print,  by Rae Carr .
I had to do something easy because 1 have been in tremendous pain suffering from a trapped nerve, I can walk ok with no pain but the but the minute I sit and lie down it starts like cramp down my leg. I hope it goes soon .

 I thought I would make a Christmas wall hanging ,  was east to make ..letters have been cut on a craft robo .   holly from a punch. shapes from  ,nesting dies .

                    die cuts for    decoration...

                                   holds lots of items like die cuts flowers or other things like  .  
                                         receipts ,even pens.. perfect for a desk.or crafters area.

                                     it as 300 pages .so lots of storage  ..you can make it with less
                                     pages . thy look good made from old street maps .or unused diaries
                                                                  RESIPE

                                    Then fold each  end  of the folded corner  in to the desired shape..
                                     name your hedgog ,these breed fast so look  out you may have a family soon

Plant pot card

 

I enjoyed doing this plant pot card ... and it was quick to do..i got the basic idea from creativity mag, issue37. thy put flowers in there's...fold about 2 inches from A4 card over. then fold again in half .cut to look like a plant pot, by cutting one end and using the bit you cut off as a template for the other side.

 print or stamp what image you want. in this case I made envelope seed packets .and stuck them on tags ...make a card the same shape and stick the plant pot to it ..edges only so it leaves a gap for the tags..(the envelope's open to put seeds or money in )  decorate how you wish

BABYS SHOE

I love making these tiny shoes .I cut this on the craft robo  .

I embossed the shoe,the old fashioned way . before making it up.it helps to bend the shoe,

 I used sticky fingers glue I find its the best.i also use it now for the roses..

If any one wants the template for this shoe just ask ..
